Fenton Athletics Wraps Inaugural HBCU/NAIA Fall Evaluation Camp with Big Wins On and Off the Field

The first-ever Fenton Athletics HBCU/NAIA Fall Evaluation Camp is officially in the books—and the results speak for themselves.

Over the course of two incredible days at Rough Riders Stadium in Frisco, TX, more than 70 athletes showcased their skills in front of eager HBCU & NAIA college coaches. By the final whistle, 8 players had earned college offers, and dozens more left firmly on the recruiting radar.

This camp was designed to open doors—and it delivered. By making the event completely free, Fenton Athletics removed barriers and created access for players who might otherwise be overlooked.

“From day one, our goal was to create visibility, access, and real opportunity for student-athletes,” said Coach Olen Parker (Coach OP) of Fenton Athletics. “The response from the players, families, and coaches proves that this event matters.”

Parents and players alike praised the atmosphere of professionalism, competitiveness, and connection. The event also featured strong participation from sponsors like Tall Order, Hustle Clean, and Scottish Rite, whose support helped equip every athlete with performance gear and essentials.

Coach Eric Williams and Coach OP led the Fenton Athletics team in delivering an event powered by Players Waythat combined top-tier evaluation, education, and exposure—all with the spirit of community that defines the Fenton Athletics mission.

This is just the beginning. The HBCU/NAIA Evaluation Camp will return in 2026, expanding its reach and impact as Fenton Athletics continues to build bridges between athletes and opportunity.
